The Secrets to Radiant Skin: Expert Facial Tips and Advice from Omniya Clinic There’s something undeniably about a . It’s more than just skincare—it’s self-care. A little slice of heaven where science meets relaxation, and your skin emerges brighter, smoother, and ready to take on the world. At Omniya Clinic, we see facials not just as a treat, but as an essential part of maintaining your skin’s health and vitality. Here’s a truth: your skin works hard. It battles pollution, stress, harsh weather, and the occasional neglect (yes, we’ve all skipped removing makeup once or twice). That’s why a regular facial isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity. Think of it as hitting the reset button for your skin and your soul. So, whether you’re a seasoned facial or new to the world of professional skincare, these tips will help you unlock the full potential of your facials and give your skin the love it deserves. Facial Tip 1: Maximise Your Skincare Routine You can spend a small fortune on high-end serums and moisturisers, but if your skin is congested, clogged, and crying out for attention, you’re wasting your investment. Imagine trying to water a garden covered in plastic—those nutrients just can’t penetrate. A good facial clears the way. By declogging your pores, the surface, and prepping your skin, it ensures your skincare products can do their job. And if you’ve ever wondered why your luxury cream hasn’t been working wonders, this could be why. Facial Tip 2: The Art of Extraction Let’s be honest—most of us have had that moment in front of the bathroom mirror, tempted to tackle a or two. But here’s the hard truth: DIY extractions are risky. Done improperly, they can lead to scarring, broken capillaries, or, worse, spreading bacteria that causes breakouts. Leave it to the professionals. can clear those clogged pores safely, helping your skin breathe easier and reducing the likelihood of breakouts. Trust us, your future self will thank you. Facial Tip 3: Treat Your Skin Like the Seasons Think of your skin as a of nature. Just as seasons shift—bringing changes in temperature, humidity, and light—your skin’s needs evolve throughout the year. A one-size-fits-all approach simply doesn’t cut it. Aligning your facials with the seasons isn’t just clever—it’s transformational. Facial Tip 4: Master the Mask Game Yes, we know. You can slap on a sheet mask at home and call it a day. But the truth is, nothing compares to a professional-grade mask applied after your skin has been properly prepped. At Omniya Clinic, our aestheticians use steam to open your pores, expertly extract impurities, and then tailor a mask to your specific needs. Whether your skin needs calming, decongesting, or hydration, the results are far more effective than any DIY attempt. It’s the skincare equivalent of upgrading from instant coffee to a barista-made latte—worth it. Facial Tip 5: Lymphatic Massage for That Glow If you’ve never experienced a proper drainage massage during a facial, you’re missing out. that’s as luxurious as it is beneficial. Why? Lymphatic massage stimulates circulation, toxins, and reduces fluid retention, leaving your skin radiant and refreshed. Plus, it’s incredibly relaxing—a true antidote to the stress of modern life. Facial Tip 6: Go Deep (Cleansing, That Is) Let’s face it: most of us don’t our skin as thoroughly as we should. Whether it’s skipping a step in your routine or simply not knowing how to properly clean congested pores, our skin often bears the brunt. A deep cleansing facial is like a dental cleaning for your face. It removes buildup, refines pores, and rejuvenates your skin. Afterward, your face will feel fresh, smooth, and ready to face the world—literally. Facial Tip 7: Know Your Skin Your skin is as unique as your fingerprint, and it deserves personalised care. That’s why at Omniya, we always start with a thorough skin assessment. Our experts can identify common issues—like dryness, sensitivity, or acne—and recommend treatments that address your specific needs. And here’s the kicker: even if you don’t have time for a facial, a quick consultation can valuable insights into your skin’s health. So, pop in, say hello, and sneak some free advice. We don’t bite (but we do glow). Facial Tip 8: Exfoliate Like a Pro Environmental damage is unavoidable. From pollution to UV rays, your skin is constantly under attack. Over time, this leads to dullness, congestion, and, in some cases, scarring. Professional exfoliation—like microdermabrasion or a chemical peel—removes dead skin cells, promoting healthy turnover and revealing fresh, glowing skin underneath. It’s like hitting reset on your complexion, making it smoother, brighter, and more even. The Omniya Touch At Omniya Clinic, facials aren’t just treatments—they’re experiences. Each session is tailored to your unique skin needs, blending techniques with the soothing luxury of massage and aromatherapy. Our aestheticians are experts, but they’re also passionate about helping you love the skin you’re in. Whether you’re battling stubborn acne, prepping for a special event, or simply indulging in a little “me time,” we’re here to guide you every step of the way. Final Thoughts Your skin deserves more than a quick scrub and a prayer. It’s your canvas, your first impression, and a reflection of how you care for yourself. aren’t just about looking good—they’re about feeling good, too. So why not treat yourself? Whether it’s a deep cleanse, a hydrating boost, or a relaxing lymphatic massage, there’s no better way to invest in your skin’s

The end goal is always a natural look that takes years off your appearance. Patients with breasts that leave them feeling self-conscious or uncomfortable will delight in the results of breast rejuvenation. The procedures can be performed on women of any age, but are especially among those who have noticed changes in their breasts after pregnancy, weight loss, or simply as a result of the ageing process. Also known as a mastopexy, a raises and reshapes sagging breasts. It involves the removal of excess skin and tissue and the repositioning of the nipple and areola. Dr Frati often combines a to achieve optimal results. He can also create incredible cleavage using his specialized techniques and methods. When performing the breast uplift, Dr Frati ensures that the incisions are made in strategic locations so that they can later be hidden by a bra or bathing suit. With an uplift, the incisions are usually made around the areola, vertically down from the areola to the breast crease, and along the natural curve of the breast crease. Dr Frati will be pleased to share the results of his previous surgeries with you during your consultation so you have a better idea of what your breasts will look like in and out of your favourite top or low-cut dress. There’s no shame in wanting your breasts lifted and perky, whether you are returning them to a position or to where you’ve always wanted them. Nurse Gilly Graver 10th October 2022 Answer: Hi, Thanks for getting in touch. I’m sorry to hear your 14 year old is suffering from acne. There are several causes of acne. In younger people often hormones cause an over production of oil/sebum in the skin, which blocks pores and leads to a build up of skin cells and bacteria resulting in breakouts. There are several clinic treatments that can help, from deep cleansing facials to LED Light Therapy (peptidesukstore.com). At Dorset Aesthetics I offer Dermalux Tri-wave MD light therapy, which works really well to reduce and inflammation resulting in fewer breakouts. The first and most important step is a good home regime. Cleansing the skin properly with the right cleanser can really make a big difference. Using hydroxyacids on the skin, like acid and glycolic acid, and retinols will also really help. Keeping the skin moisturised with a hydrating but non pore-blocking product will the outer layers of the skin from drying out. If this happens oil can get trapped, water evaporates more oil production, and bacteria can get in through tiny cracks in the skin, all worsening the problem. It’s important to get advice on the right skincare products and ingredients. I offer free consultations and can do so via video call if you would like us to have a chat about skincare. Many products I recommend are available via Get Harley, a skincare concierge platform, which I can upload bespoke prescriptions to for patients to purchase whenever they need. So if you don’t live this is a great option. Please feel free to click on my link and book in online for a free consultation. Many thanks, Gilly 0 helpful votes.
